Andrea was born in Edmonton and later settled in Airdrie, where she completed her 3000-hour Registered Massage Therapy diploma at Makami College. With a background in personal training and an active lifestyle, she was drawn to massage therapy as a key component of performance, recovery, and injury prevention. As an avid runner, trail runner, and hiker, Andrea has a strong understanding of biomechanics and the physical demands placed on the body through endurance training and strength work. She works closely with runners, endurance athletes, and active individuals to address overuse injuries, mobility restrictions, and muscular imbalances while supporting efficient movement and long-term durability. Andrea incorporates techniques such as myofascial release, deep tissue massage, and trigger point therapy into results-driven treatments tailored to each client’s training phase and goals. Outside the clinic, she is actively involved in the running community and enjoys running, strength training, trail adventures, spending time with her dog, and game nights with her family.
