CANCELLATION POLICY

At Total Wellness Therapy, appointment times are reserved specifically for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments leave a space in our practitioners' schedules that is often difficult to fill on short notice.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service fee.

No-Shows
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment and do not provide notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Late Arrivals
Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment in order to avoid affecting subsequent clients. The full scheduled service fee will still apply.

Card on File
A valid credit card is required to secure an appointment. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & No-Show Policy and authorize Total Wellness Therapy to charge the applicable cancellation or no-show fee to the card provided, where permitted by your cardholder agreement and applicable law.

Insurance Coverage
Cancellation and no-show fees are not treatment fees and cannot be submitted to an insurance provider as a treatment or healthcare service. Clients are personally responsible for these fees.

We understand that unexpected circumstances and emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Total Wellness Therapy.
